Nowak i s-ka Spółka Jawna company as a producer of advertising gadgets is aimed at permanently ensure their quality, reduce negative impacts on the environment, ensuring safety in all activities and provide resources and means to implement the policy. The measures for the implementation of these objectives are:
- competent, constantly upgrading their skills to maintain staff, formed in over 18 years company's tradition, opinion on the constant fulfillment of customer requirements, as well as engaging in the activities for environmental protection, health and safety,
- used and continually improved methods of production organization based on new and safe technology, technological and organizational, also taking into account the control and prevention of pollution;
- compliance with applicable standards and regulations in terms of quality production, environmental protection and safety;
- used in production only the proven, documented, to ensure safe operation and optimize use of raw materials and manufacturing methods of utilities;
- continuous monitoring of manufacturing processes, labor conditions and environmental impact by:
- planning the quality of products,
- he prevention of occupational accidents, occupational diseases and incidents of potentially accident,
- the use of personal protective equipment,
- limiting the amount of wastes,
- coopearating and maintaining regular contact with suppliers and customers to ensure continuous quality of products, as well as with external entities in the implementation of safe and environmentally friendly technologies;
- constant promotion of the achievements in terms of quality, environmental protection and safety.
